Mohsin Qayyum M.D. MBA is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology in General Adult Psychiatry.  He finished his residency training in Psychiatry at the University of Chicago Hospitals and his fellowship training in Geriatric Psychiatry at the Western Psychiatric Institute & Clinics in Pittsburgh. He also holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Chicago.

Dr. Qayyum has clinical experience in various fields of psychiatry including: Adult Psychiatry, Forensic Psychiatry, Addiction Psychiatry, Consultation & Liaison Psychiatry, Neuropsychiatry, Geriatric Psychiatry and Occupational Psychiatry. He is certified to perform Outpatient Narcotics Detoxification and Maintenance Treatment by using Buprenorphine.

Dr. Qayyum is a Medical Director at CIGNA. He has extensive management expertise in the insurance industry. He has worked with major US corporations in assisting them with disability management and work place mental health issues.  He is available for consultation in work-related Workers’ Compensation issues, Absenteeism, Presenteeism and Psychiatric Disabilities.
