Fees & Insurance

If you are using insurance, we will assist you in billing your insurance company for proper reimbursement. All payments are due at the time of the visit and ultimately your responsibility if not paid by your insurance for any reason.

If you are paying out of pocket,  please call us for our  private-pay pricing.
